How much time would I have to commit?
This program is written by a single mum, for single mums
1hr zoom call each fortnight (or replay when convenient)
Self paced learning can be listened to whenever/wherever but it will be roughly 30mins per fortnight
Commit at least 15mins per day to daily practices

$2500 worth of value for the price of one therapy session!
